On April 10th (block 227001) we are excited to hardfork to v15 (Grafting Fork) which will include :
*Bulletproofs V2
*SECOR (Uncle Mining)
*20 second block timings
*MONEY_UNLOCK_WINDOW_V2=1000
We are now blocking v1.0.3.2 and earlier, and after the hardfork only v1.0.3.4 will be allowed on the network. Miners are advised to update ahead of time to prepare, and expect no interruption in service. As the block target time is 1/3 of the current block target (60s), the reward will be 1/3 the current block reward. This will maintain our emissions curve all while accelerating our transaction speeds, lowering our transaction costs(with 24 times less fees) and increasing the secured state of our network.
