The CEO of the Binance Cryptocurrency Exchange Changpeng Zhao commented on the events related to the burglary of Singapore's DragonEx cryptoplatform, which had previously called on Binance to freeze funds credited to its wallets.

“As always, Binance will freeze all the stolen, identifiable assets,” wrote Zhao, accompanying his message with a “fragment of the scheme generated by the internal exchange system for managing the big data risks yesterday.”

“Not a lot of money arrived at Binance this time. Hackers are trained, ”he added.

According to Zhao, the Binance system is currently capable of determining "the majority of addresses of external exchanges." He expects the mechanism to improve over time.

“I prefer not to disclose the names of other exchanges, because we don’t like to talk too much about our colleagues directly. But we do share information with most of them. While many other exchanges were engaged in futures, shortening, etc. under the conditions of a bear market, we worked on internal security, ”Zhao concluded.

On Tuesday, it became aware of the conclusion of an agreement between Binance and IdentityMind - solution provider to provide control over user accounts and transactions.
