Is EXRN a scam?

in cryptocurrency •  7 years ago  (edited)

EXRN markets itself as a "Innovative crosschain technology" and it promises that those who buy the token from the their website, get 10x rewards of EXRT every three month. They promise that EXRT is going to be very valuable in some distant future.

However currently there is no real explanation why EXRN or EXRT would be valuable. The team is anonymous, they dont allow any real questions in telegram, there is no white paper, no github or nothing. All they have is a simple webpage for selling of the EXRN. Even the sales are handled manually, one per week they send the tokens by hand.

Everything in this token points to scam. When I discussed with the people behind this in the telegram, they even promised that we will all be rich.

Even if EXRN was real, what will happen to the price if investors have to hold the token for three months to get EXRT? They wont wait, in the current market they will dump it to EtherDelta for quick profit if possible. If the project is not revealed to be a scam, Im expecting the price to drop to bottom in the coming months.
