We had a very interesting week for Bitcoin with big moves up and big moves down, but alts continuing to climb.
It is an exciting time to be in the cyrpto markets again as we are seeing 40-100% moves in a 2-3 day period again.
Bitcoin has retested the .5 fib yet again and been rejected and we are starting to see volume dry up again as we go into the weekend.
We are also seeing a weak orderbook as well as a rejection at the .618 on the pitchfork we have drawn. (Note the area in red and how many times it's rejected Bitcoin.)
We are going to enter a few signals that look bullish but that we want to see pull back a little bit.
This will allow us better entries and if we don't get into the trades ,that's okay.
Love Volume = Low Liquidity so we see very big moves up and down and this is typically the time when the stop limit hunting occurs.
We want to take advantage of that volatility and try and enter on some of these stop hunts for some of the more bullish trades.
Right now, Bitcoin is riding the .382 fib on the pitchfork. Our re-entry around $6800 is doing well still, up 3%.
Target on this move is $7200.
Keep your stop in place as mentioned before around. This is still not a strong bull move in my opinion and would constitute a no trade zone up in these higher levels.
I believe that the alt coins have much more value to trade than Bitcoin.
From the low, it's only been a 19% move so far. This is why worrying about Bitcoin when you're trading alts can sometimes be a detriment.
