Accelerating Pace of Crypto Development

It's only been 2 months since i started dabbling into Crypto and I never have seen so rapid developments in the Blockchain space.
For one, my favorite Tezos has released an update called Florence. And then I just found out about Cartesi and DFinity's ICP, or "Internet Computer".
With Cartesi, I don't need to learn Solidity because Cartesi will allow me to write smart contracts using other languages and platforms, such as python, REST, MongoDB, etc.
ICP aims to extend the functionality of the public Internet so that it can host backend software, transforming it into a global computing platform.
