The other day I ran another Easter Egg hunt, unfortunately for you lot though, Daniel Johns, a.k.a @dajohns1420 solved it in like 45 minutes! Daniel tells me that he is a where's Waldo veteran which is what enabled him to find it so quickly!

So the easter egg hunts will have to find a balance between too hard and way too easy.

Anyways, for now I wanted to keep you guys informed of another great competition I'm running. It will be another Great Steem Giveaway whereby I reward good comments, however this one will have a slight twist to it.

So make sure you stay tuned by either visiting my page, or keeping an eye on the cryptoge-comps, and greatsteemgiveaway tags.

I really think you're going to like this one folks, so stay tuned and speak soon!

I love how you are getting the community involved with contests, just like other amazing leaders out there. Contests are sometimes difficult to run because they are time dependent and a lot of it has to do with being online just as a contest has been posted. I’ve been thinking about how to come up with a better way to do this to make sure everyone has a fair chance. I think one option for an equal opportunity contest would be to have people submit their answers through a private memo and sending .001 SBD. This is a very minimal amount, almost negligible and with a private memo, only you can see the answer, this way it gives everyone an opportunity’s for a certain amount of time. If there are several winners then the contest organizer can use a random number genrator to choose a winner.
Not that what you are doing isn’t already great, I just think there might be ways to improve upon it.
Cheers

Thank you for your input, and it's not a bad idea at all; the only possible problem I can think of it, is that many people's SBD balance will be zero, especially if you're new, so that would be a different (and probably worse) kind of exclusion.

The next one I'm running (as with most of them) will have a 7 day time limit, so that at least gives people a chance to catch the comp. Also I always try and get entrants to resteem to try and spread the word, lastly I've seen a few good services that detail each and every Steemit competition each week, and so I've finally been included. Hopefully all that will mean more entrants; I got more than ever before to my Animal Head Challenge, so much so that I gave out 4 extra prizes! :0)

Good stuff. I know for myself as a contest entrant and also creator it’s hard to find a layout that works for everyone, I guess it’s all about trial and error. Keep on spreading the love
