NCASH ? Is it legit?

Is Ncash a good buy? Can somebody suggest me. I researched the project a lot still not convinced so wanted opinion of my Steemits. I have already done my DYOR, just your 2 cents please

Also i found the link below which is really interesting on NCASH so hesitate to invest? Please take a look and advise
