Popular CS:GO streamer sues Twitch after almost 600 days of being banned

James "Phantoml0rd" Vargas was one of the most known twitch streamers from 2012 - 2016, He was caught in a scandal in 2016 after not stating that he Owned the gambling site CSGOShuffle and he would play on there and rig the games in his favor claiming it was chance. This guy is a SCUMBAG.

PhantomL0rd claims Twitch broke its contract with him by never issueing and explanation as to why his channel was removed.

According to their agreement in 2015, If twitch wanted to breach contract the company had to give PL a written explanation as to why they did it, which is something that never happen'd apparently.
