Bún bò Huế is a Vietnamese soup containing rice vermicelli, beef and pork. Huế is a city in central Vietnam ( This is a city with many cultures and traditions of feudal dynasties - Hue court).
The noodles is definitely thicker than Pho, actually it’s probably the thickest rice noodles they use in Viet cooking!

This is my favorite Bun Bo Hue restaurant. Every Friday, my friend and I came to this restaurant for breakfast, and we ordered Hue Beef Noodles ( Bun Bo Hue). The restaurant is located on Long Quan Road ,from the bus station to this restaurant is only 50 meters. There are 90, 25.55 A, 55B, 13 bus. Bun Bo Hue's ingredients include: Beef, Blood Beef, hock pork, spring rolls, Vegetable, banana flower,...The most important ingredient to create a delicious Hue beef noodle soup is: Broth base & Seasoning
Huế also just happens to be the origin of many of my favorite dishes. This city is responsible for bánh xèo (Pan-fried scrambled egg rice cake ), bánh bột lọc ( Dumplings Vietnamese) and of course Bun Bo Hue.

This is a restaurant near my house, which is always crowded. I am quite disappointed with bun bo hue here. I am someone who likes to eat. I feel the taste of this dish is still missing something. I believe that if you don't eat "Bun Bo Hue" in Vietnam but in another country, you cannot feel the true great taste of it.
The water of this "Bun Bo Hue" is really bland, like the water of chicken or beef noodle soup, I don't feel the typical aroma of Hue land.

TOP 5 : BÚN BÒ HUẾ OSHI
This is the most beautiful Hue beef noodle bowl because it is a big restaurant. The restaurant is clean, airy, the whole dining table is wooden and on each table are numbered seats. Advantages :
- Clean food, clean space, all food: vegetables lemon, chili are added to the porcelain plate,
- Overall the food is very polite and luxurious.
Cons: less food and more expensive
