Today is Boxing Day, a great idea that turned into wretched excess (and is now just another online shopping day)

It was again the box against Christmas by my cobbler's coach and all paid and these boys gave something. On December 19, 1663, Samuel Pepys was written in his diary about running a work. He has written before. The next day he had got to spend with his family, even the remaining food for his servants, who had to work on Christmas Day. This is one of the earliest references to the English tradition of putting together a box of money gifts.

They wanted to use those things which they had left and who did not need them, leave them. It was not buying a real day and even those who had to work on Christmas. It was a holiday about these equities that used to ensure that everyone was closed for one day.

Sales started from 27th September when we would be ready to get the latest album at the big discount in front of Sam's record man, and when it was a child, these stores were not even allowed to open.
