Just a note: The vine doesn't have DMT, it carries compounds that act as MAOIs. The plant which is used in conjunction with the vine and which is the one that contains DMT is the Chacruna bush. There are many plants in the Amazon Basin which contain DMT and many that contain MAOIs.
