Every day we use many words, but we have rarely thought about where they come from? or what is its origin? Such is the case of the word PASTE that comes from the Latin pasta and, in turn from the ancient Greek παστά (pastá), "porridge", from παστός (pastós). Generally, this word is used within the gastronomic context, that is, it refers to a semi-hard and malleable dough, very tasty with sauces and meats, but who does not like to enjoy a rich dish of pasta with sauce? But it is also used in other cases, as in the, specifically to refer to the paste that is used for the wall finishes.
