Do you know how "kimchi" is made?

Hi i'm pald

I am going to introduce korean Kimchi today. It's food that comes up from the dining table of Korea. Fortunately, my friend is doing a kimchi factory. Let me show you how Kimchi is made.

Kimchi is a storage food. So, if you make it once, you'll eat it for a long time. Also, it is fermentation food.

The taste of food is the most important ingredient in the food, but the seasoning of Kimchi is also important.

For example, fish extract, salt, pepper powder, garlic, ginger, etc.

Another characteristic is that different spices differ from region to region.

Mix well and add chopped radish and leek. It is also different from each other. The seasoning already looks delicious.

Now prepare cabbage prepared in brine.

Just like a picture, you can put spices in the cabbage leaves. Kimchi is a storage food, so do a lot of it at once. So the family members gather together and act like an event. It's called "kim-jang".

The scattered families gather together, talk stories, and make kimchi.

Kimchi is not only food but also memories and history for Koreans.

I am happy to inform you of the culture of Korea, and I will try to promote a better culture in the future.
