People of Cuba: group of street musicians performing for tourists in Old Havana

Hi there my Steemit fellows!

Today´s theme of the #smartphonephotography contest hosted by @juliank and @photocontests is “people” and I thought this shot from Cuba might make a good entry for that.

I have already published a few posts about Cuba, providing you with a little insight into the current social and political situation in this poor, yet very beautiful Caribbean country so I think there is no need to explain why there are so many desperate people begging/living/trying to earn some money to make ends meet on Cuban streets.

You will also find many buskers and other street performers there, such as these guys who played music for tourists on a street in Old Havana (Habana Vieja). I do not know how much money they made by doing so but from the smiles on their faces, I could tell they were enjoying it.

Czech / Česky: Téma dnešního #smartphonephotography contest je “lidé” (upozorňuji, že tato sobotní kategorie má vždy ještě dané téma, které najdete na profilu hlavního pořadatele @juliank), tak jsem opět zapátral ve svém fotoalbu z Kuby, kde jsme zajímavých lidí potkali celou řadu, a vybral tuto pouliční momentku ze Staré Havany. Nevím, kolik si svým hraním tato sympatická partička muzikantů vydělala, ale vypadalo to, že si to fakt užívali :) Hezký víkend všem!
