She invented this cannoli creme filling she whips up with a secret recipe. I know she adds a dash of coconut, a little vanilla and viola! We will spend about 8 hours together in the days leading into Easter to make these for our 25 guests. Ma was diagnosed with serious illness nearly 10 years ago but is going strong, she's resilient, optimistic and inspiring - everyday. <3
