Hello to the entire Steemit community, and especially to @steemitblog, this time we have formed a team also from multiple nations, in which each of us has capabilities for their experience on the platform, to perform adequately in the work of curation.

Next, I introduce the Curationteam, which we have named_

Multidiverse Team

As can be seen, the team members have experience in the platform not only as bloggers but also as founders and community managers.

In general terms, they are all fluent in the world language which is English, but in addition to that they are fluent in some specific dialects of their respective nations, including one of the members who is fluent in Japanese. Distributed in different parts of the world, they are able to cover schedules in a very diverse and efficient manner.

Curation plan

The most efficient way to be able to perform curation and locate posts that cover the topics we need to curate is the use of specific tags, which will ensure that posts that touch on those particular topics can be located quickly.

We would make a publication to detail the tag to use, in addition to this the characteristics that must be met for the selection (steemexclusive, zero plagiarism, be part of a club) and thus, all users of the platform know what to do to opt for curation.

• Each of the team members would have a specific curation day, and will keep a daily control of the posts they vote.
• In addition to this, you must leave a comment on each post that is rewarded with the curation account, with the name of who has selected that post. This is to keep a better control and to be as transparent as possible.

Avoiding plagiarism

There are a lot of tools that can be used to avoid voting for a publication that has plagiarized content. What concerns us in this aspect is to make use of plagiarism scanners to detect them, and not to benefit those who want to take advantage of other people's content and pass it off as their own.

Highlighting in this case the fact that priority will be given to publications that are steemexclusive and that are part of one of the clubs (50/50 - 75 or 100)
