Steemit Vs USD Question

Hi Steemit People.

I'm kind of new here... So have pity on me with this question.

Can someone please direct me where I can find out how I can see what 1 Steemit Dollar or token is to $1 US Dollar? Is there a currency converter I can use? As you can see... I'm confused. HAHAHAHA!
