Method:
Heat 1 tbsps of ghee in a stiff or heavy-fried pan and put semolina in it. Roast the sauji on a low flame continuously by roasting till it becomes light brown, it will take about 4-5 minutes (Strictly thickness) According to the time of sec may be more or work).
