and I was certain you need to have the proper documents, knowledge, training, to be certified as a non-professional driver to the very least.

And for a first time driver, I had to know the basic traffic rules.

I thought I had most of the legal documents and training needed to drive motorized vehicles- until I came across this question while reviewing:
