Industry 4.0 or 4th industrial revolution will need many vital system to function properly. One of the most important is cyber physical system, which in short is CPS.
In short, it is a system by which a machine interact with a network to operate efficiently. This collaboration will help from driver-less car to running a factory without physically being there. It would certainly drive out many human labor but will also create new job. There will be both opportunity and threat while using this system, from hacking to system failure.
Some of the deployment of CPS is already a reality, as there are driver less train in Denmark which is operating perfectly. Quad-copter and windmill for housing are some other example of reality.
