The first photo was taken at 4 PM.
There are several oldish lines visible with one brand new intersecting them.
The second photo was taken from the same spot later in the afternoon, at 6 PM.
It is clearly visible how the effort from two hours before paid off. Unfortunately.

We call it sky art, the word "chemtrails" has been demonized and people who use that term are being considered conspiracy theorists, tin foil hat wearers, etc.
The proper terminology is SAI Stratospheric Aerosol Injections.
