Jjampong is a korean seafood noodle with squid, mussles and pork, with zuccini, onions and cabagge. Its soup base is either seafood or pork broth. It has also kotchukaru(chili flakes) to make the soup spicy. Better eat it with radish to be able to ease the pain on the tongue. Drinking water sometimes make it more spicy and it makes you feeling full so better eat rice or any other solid non spicy side dishes. They said eating spicy foods lowers incidence of heart attack and helps prevent the effects of bad cholesterol.
Some noodle restaurants in South Korea make their own noodles and not factory made like instant noodles.
