Wow! It's my first time to prepare and cook for a meal this Filipino native dish, adobong kangkong. We are aware that kangkong is one of the cheapest leafy vegetables and yet so nutritious and healthy. Kangkong is one of the most popular leaf vegetable in the Philippines.
Since I know, it would be much better if I put tofu sliced. Maybe next time, I will. Only pork and oysters sauce made this adobong kangkong a real fine taste to all our mouth.
