Had this char siew and roasted chicken rice as dinner with Halley on Friday. The char siew was half lean and half fat... Yummy finger licking good... The roasted chicken is the upper thigh...

星期五晚餐和Halley 吃了这美味又可口的叉烧烧鸡饭。叉烧是半肥瘦的，鸡是腿上段。吃到吮手指哦。。。

According to Wikipedia, the sauce is a mixture of honey, five-spice powder, fermented tofu (red), dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sherry or rice wine
