I miss this Filipino dish "sarciado" so I decided to cook it. It's sour and sweet flavor from tomatoes gives it an exceptional taste paired to any different kinds of fish, such tilapia, red snapper (maya-maya), yellow fin tuna , etc. If you have fried fish left overs you can make some of this just like what I did.
Some use beaten egg and some don't add eggs to their sarciado but what I do is I tried to put some boiled eggs instead of beaten eggs just to make it more palatable. Just this simple this and your tummy will be delighted.
