some times I want to post a typical Indonesian food called batagor here is very interesting this food.
Batagor (acronym of fried tofu meatballs) is a food that comes from the city of Bandung by adapting Chinese-Indonesian style and has now spread almost throughout the territory of Indonesia.
This food is made from tofu which is filled by dough made from mackerel fish and tapioca flour and then fried in oil. Other variations are fried dumplings and served together with batagor plus peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and lime juice as a complement
ingredients and recipes
300 gr fillet fish fillet
150 gr flour sago farm
2 large onion cloves
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup Water
Peanut sauce:
100 g Peanut Fries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp brown sugar iris / powder
3 cloves of roasted onion
2 cloves Garlic / 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (may be flipped)
1/2 glass of water
For frying:
Dumpling skin
Cooking oil
Complementary:
Soy sauce
Lime / lemon / lime
