How is your day? Mine is special. Look what a great place to rest! But you know what? My mother does not allow me to stay here. She said it is not a better place to stay. One day I took a tick. But it was not my fault !!! I'm up to date with vaccination and deworming! I do not know why this creature has climbed on me.
Look at this horrible creature. What can you do if you find one on your dog?
To remove it is good to wear surgical gloves. Use a tweezers or a special tool to remove the tick from the animal's skin. You must grab the tick as close as possible to the point where it is attached. Be careful not to squeeze the body of the tick. Remove the parasite from the skin slowly and firmly (without turning the tweezers). The dog can be picked with a small wound, because you may get some skin, but this is normal. After removed wash well with disinfectant (iodine).
Well, it was an unpleasant experience for me, but I still like to stay in the grass!
