But actually, one question is that how the fear occurs? Fear doesn't occur from childhood but when we do such bad/illegal things then and only then fear will occur. So, the quote says that we should be honest with yourself as well as others i.e to your parents, your friends, relatives etc. So, that fear will be demolished and you will live a fearless and happy life.
