Warning: I lost $50 using Bitcart

I was ripped off by purchasing a gift card from Bitcart. I am from Canada and didn't realize that I couldn't use the gift card on Amazon.ca (only Amazon.com). Bitcart said that they would refund it but now they say that some other account has redeemed it. Be warned!
