It is gotten from palm trees which is plucked. Dates can be preserved and it contains a lot of health benefits to the consumer. Some people do have have the think that dates can cause pile to the body due to it's sugary nature, but based on my research I discovered it doesn't cause pile even when consumed in large quantities.
