cool stuff
"How could he have such love
For a girl he never had"

love always cuts deep, and always the love that never was,
that lingers on in the back of the mind,
echoing in the darkness of consciousness

whoever said: "'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all." doesn't know what it is to lose loved ones or lose their love.
She had never loved
and isn't she better off?
No ache, no pain.
no regrets and disdain.
no depressive rut of laying on bed
and futile attempts to make trades
with time and gods, all in head
in many words you have bled.
I hope the infection is gone
and wish you find love none.
you will be better off, without.

Wow, You just did a short poem on the subject of loosing a love you never had 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽..well I feel it is better to love and loose the love than not to love at all..

and to me anything that doesn't pass the test of time is complete waste of it.

He began to wonder
What if he had told her
All the things he should have said
What if he had said all that
How could he have such love
For a girl he never had

Wonderful write, Xplore. Be sure to upvote some of the poems and good luck in the contest:)

I had to quickly go through this piece...awesome contents, i feel the beggining phase of any piece of art are of the purest form. And i also could relate with loving someone in which you never got. Lovely piece

I remember the awkwardness of young love and you’ve captured it wonderfully.

Thank you for your kind words

Reading this was a tear at the heartstrings of youth.
