Always buy a car close to the end of the month since most of the dealer salesmen are trying to meet quotas. Negotiation can be pushed for the max discount. Try to get close to $1500-2000 OF MSRP if you can. Shop from 3 dealerships if you can and use the quote to renegociate for better pricing.

Thank you for the feed back, greatly appreciated!!

my father is a dealer of a buy & sell of all cars. but i don't know what is the strategy of buying a new one :)

Aww, that's unfortunate, I wish you could provide me with some input. Good luck to him.

I have some useful tips that I did when I bought my car:
1)RESEARCH: knowledge is power. Never buy a car without reading opinions about it.
2)Look to all of the pre-financing options. Never get stuck with just one option, look for more, compare.
3)Shop around: this way you'll now the bottom price.
4)Always test-drive the car: There are some cars that you just won’t feel comfortable driving.

We said, comfortable is a must.
