Morning, it’s just turned 8am and I’m at the computer, been up since 7am and I think I fell asleep just after midnight, so not sure how much good sleep I got yet, need to check the Fitbit data but i’m here and I feel refreshed and ready to go again — as long as I can feel like that in the mornings I’m always gonna be good to go ya know?

Ugh, I know exactly what that kind of mouth/dental pain feels like love, seriously, I hate it, you just gotta step through, let the body heal, try and mitigate all cold and hot things that might set it off, still another day or so and you can start putting that clove oil around the area, not yet thou, it will sting like a mother if you put that on a day after the procedure. Soon thou.

I think had I not been recovering today from the “i am gROOT-canal” I would have gotten everything done today, but I got damn close

I know you just turn up and get things done, your like me when things come down to it and you just show up but you gotta take literally time out and just go to your happy place mentally, body needs to know you care about it by allowing it some time to do it’s thing — I’m guessing thou you’ll be alive and kicking solid by the end of sunday so hang in there biza. You rocked up to that early appointment like a champ.

Congrats on getting the new account up as well for @eatthingsmkstuff — once you have pulled all the stuff off you should look at repointing the domain to the steemit blog for the time being until sam has all the network layout stuff done, it certainly opens up a new look at feel for the site especially from a perspective of the imagery right? (That full page like image layout looks pretty sick)

So turns out that it would have been faster to use my ‘old’ method of withdrawal from upwork (same day, instant) where as they say up to FOUR days for transferring to my ‘app bank’ — like, four days, it’s a week nearly, a lifetime, where is that money for four days, being invested into crypto for 72hrs? Flipped, bounced, pushed, pulled — man, one of the downsides of being spoiled by the ease of use of ‘transfers’ means you really wake up and WON’T TAKE IT ANYMORE when it comes to the slowness of things — literally as soon as you’ve had a taste it’s like, I’m DONE with that method.

Ok, just did a trash trip and dropped the kids of at the pool before the RAINS come, it’s gonna rain all day today, like all day, a rainy day, not going anywhere today, just straight up working at the computer day with the door open and the sound of rains, the cool breeze and intention. I think I’ve worked something out with the ACV btw. ..

if I have too much of the ACV and it’s doing it’s ‘magic’ of rebalancing then I feel a bit weird but the day AFTER I feel much better, i think it just needs to do some serious PH balancing inside tbh, I’m also gonna neti pot up again today as well when the rain cuts down, I might do it after I’ve done all the morning videos because I pretty much did all my modding last night.

Applied for a few interesting ‘upwards’ (hehe) jobs this morning, one could be really fun actually and would require me to be the ‘face’ of something for a company in Canada, I sent them a headshot this morning and a link to http://upwards.work so they can see a bit of the video stuff we have done, got me thinking actually maybe we should put your heydayle video up there as an example of work we can do, it’s good and has cool editing so it should be there for others to see right?

If your feeling up to it hoping to get @productsense ep5 I believe done today with you, depends on your workload of course and we can always push that to the weekend, it’s only an hour thou so if your up for that today that’s awesome, the usual time :)

Think it’s time for biza to get the egg production on the go with that hot sauce life in mad pursuit, really feeling the chilled weather vibes today so I’m going with my gut instincts on the day today, hope you had a good rest and the teeth pain was not too much, another week done biza, hope you get chance to look into that visa application too, faster that’s completed and you do the appointment the faster the countdown clock for that will start.
