Decent Cliwallet Assistant GUI

Hello,

As part of my contribution to the Decent Community, I have compiled this small GUI interface to ease the need of using commands in case you need to Vote/Unvote/Set Miner Count.

The interface enables non technical stakeholders and investors to easily send command input to Cliwallet via a GUI interface.

To use it simply download and follow the instruction of the readme file.
