Decent Miner Proposal

You can find an introduction in the respective proposal for Peerplays (where I am active witness since the beginning). I have the skills, and most of all the time and dedication for doing the task well. The server running the node will be hosted in Asia, different from most other nodes that tend to cluster around frequented locations and providers. Besides a backup server I also intend to run a dedicated seed node that is particularly good for being accessed by Asian users.
