With decentralization everything its gonna equal out

Why are the rich like so? Because others that are poor are giving them money, right?
I rich human is somebody who received a lot more than it gives, why?
Because he was the first in this centralized game, not because its smarter than you.
With decentralization, nobody will be the first.
Of course some will have more and other less but on the same level, with the same rules.
