Nigerian Delicacies

Hey everyone! In this post am going to show you some really enticing Nigerian Delicacies.

Am going to start with pounded yam and egusi soup, this dish is almost every bodies favorite, once you ask some people here in Nigeria what their favourite meal is they say pounded yam and egusi soup.

The yoruba are best known to love kpomo. Not a Nigerian? Don't worry am going to show you what kpomo is!! But let me explain what it is. Kpomo is that animal skin not the meat but the skin of the animal, we mostly prefer kpomo of a cow...does not sound good right?? Let me show you then!!

So next am going to show you another delicacy. Its roasted plantain and well roasted fish with sauce!!

Let me show you some nice delicacies i prepared my self!! Am a plantain lover so that's why all of the food you see below contains fried plantain. So i prepared this one's myself
