Check out this delicious, easy-to-prepare option.
One of the most beloved desserts of the Italians, tiramisu, conquered hearts a little everywhere.
Melitta suggests a delicious fresh and easy preparation of this famous sweet, which combines the sweet with the bitter of coffee.
Ingredients
1 cup of tea La Reine sticks (also known as champagne cookies);
8 tablespoons mascarpone;
2 tablespoons refined sugar;
2 tablespoons soluble coffee;
1 cup of heavy milk tea;
½ cup of cream tea;
3 tablespoons cocoa powder;
2 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur;
4 tablespoons whipped cream;
To decorate: chocolate chips and chopped La Reine sticks
Preparation
Beat the sticks on the processor until you get a flour that is not too thin. Book it.
Put mascarpone, sugar and coffee in a bowl. Stir vigorously until smooth and set aside.
Beat the milk in the blender with the cocoa powder and the amaretto liqueur.
Assembly
Arrange the sticks in two 300-ml capacity cups (squeezing well to make a compact dough), arrange the mixture of mascarpone and coffee. Pour the beaten milk. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and crushed toothpick.
Excellent! Sounds delicious. I usually change the soluble coffee for a cup of freshly brewed ristretto coffee.
