material :
1.5 cup Idlis Rava, 1 cup finely Poha, 1 cup sour yogurt, 1/2 tsp Eco Powder, salt to taste, oil to apply in idli mold
Method :
Soak the poha and put it in curd and soak it. Mash the poha thoroughly after 10 minutes.
Add Idli Rawa to a mixture of yogurt and poha. After a while, the mixture will dry up all the water, add some water and make the thick batter as Idli Batter.
Put oil in idli mold and grease it.
Mix the egg padder in the batter.
Put the water in the steamer and keep it warm.
Put a mixture in Idli mold and put it in a steamer and cook it for 10-12 minutes.
After a little cooling, remove from the mold and serve with coconut sauce and sambhar.
