My Lack of Self Esteem - Blog Post - Assignment from Dr. Phil

I don't know what to write.

I have horrible self esteem and I don't know why. Maybe I inherited it from my mother. Actually I know I did. Maybe it was the environment I grew up in, or maybe it was karma handed down from my grandparents and their parents before them. I don't know if karma accumulates from families, or just as an individual. Probably just as an individual but the emotional maturity to be used to handle the Self's karma is handed down from generation to generation.
