If Kamala Harris has an agenda she'd like passed, seems to me she should use her position as both VP and her party's standard bearer to pressure... whoever is running the country... to take up that agenda now.
Whether or not she's President on January 20th is kinda a coin flip, but she's pretty well positioned where she's at right now to get stuff accomplished, especially when factoring in Biden's... condition.
This is especially true when factoring in that she's lifted some suggestions from her opponent on policy, and his party by and large follows him. If she's serious rather than grandstanding, should be a really productive few months.
