I am not very good in the kitchen. I am easily frustrated and admit over the last few years I've probably only made 1 or 2 things that were eddible.
Baking is something I cannot claim to be an expert on. I am, however, an expert on drugs, digital currency, and dealing with criminals, who often suffer from depression.
Lots of medications are prescribed for depression. Lots of people are dealing with depression the best they can.
This is what the doctors won't tell you for fear of sounding insane:
Depression only occurs when one is lazer focused on themselves. Never in the history of baking has someone been seen crying while baking cookies for a friend. It has never happened.
Think about how today you can do something for someone else and that depression will lift, or my name isn't Cryptroppel.
