Today, I would like to share a poem on the biggest internal demon we have, which is destructive and dangerous than everything and it brings us on our knees and shows us the unseen side of life.
"Depression"
Depression is like a slow poison
It kills you slowly & reduces your breath
It makes you weaker internally
It brings you closer to death!
Depression brings you darkness
Smoke of sorrow you exhale
It makes you hate yourself
Your ship sinks & never sails!
Depression is your inner demon
But it cannot be seen
More destructive than ever
Misery & Saddness is what it means!
Depression brings you a story
Far away from fairy tales
It's never happy and pious
... And the evilness prevails!
Depression is full of gloominess
Not happy never kind
Stops the thought process
Blew away the mind
Depression makes things worthless
Things have no meaning anymore
It transforms you into a person
Which you were never before!
If never tackled and resolved
It makes you internally dead
Your happy parts gets missing
You hang on just by a thread
Depression is a salt
Everyone has to taste
One should avoid it more often
Choose happiness and never hesitate!
