Thanks for sharing your struggles. I live with a cocktail of depression, anxiety, and PTS from abuse. It is absolutely an everyday battle. There are no two days that feel the blame, and my "depression sessions" as I call them can last anywhere from days to months.
I was on medication when I was younger but stopped when I noticed it took my personality away. For me, an exercise routine and vitamins help keep me in an alright space most of the time, but I do still struggle everyday. I hope that you can find what works best for you. Thank you. I should have mentioned that exercise is another thing I plan on doing a lot more of. It's hard to find the motivation a lot of the time (for anything) but I will push myself.
