Ingredients for making crepe red velvet with ice cream
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup flour
3 spoons of sugar
2 drops red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup ice cream
1 cup liquid chocolate
1- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, food coloring, vanilla and a tablespoon of butter.
2- Take a frying pan, put a ladle of the mixture with a little oil, and fry the crepe on both sides until it becomes soft.
3- Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
4- Stuff the crepe with ice cream, roll it up, decorate it with liquid chocolate, then serve.
