How to Make Leche Flan

Leche flan is a velvety and absolutely mouth watering dessert. It is a combination of 2 different kinds of milk and egg. Although a little bit long to make the wait is absolutely worth it!

Heres how to make one.

Ingredient:

3 tablespoon sugar
1 big condensed milk
1 big evaporated milk
6 egg yolks

1.First, make a caramel. Mix sugar with water and heat. Wait until it turns golden brown and set aside.

  1. Mix condensed milk and evaporated milk together. Make sure to mix it thoroughly.

  2. Crack the eggs and separate the egg yolks. You can discard the egg whites. Beat the eggs and mix it with the mixed milk. If you do not like your flan to be too sweet you can add more egg yolks.

  1. In an aluminum container put the caramel first as a base. Pour the mixed milk with egg thereafter.

  1. Steam it afterwards and wait until the product is like a jell-o. It may take a while so just be patient.

  1. Remove the flan, cool it off for a while then using a knife trace its shape before transferring to a container.
