It's another delicious Korean food I've tasted. This is Bingsu Mango Caramel, a Korean inspired dessert. I has vanilla ice cream on top sprinkled with crushed crispies. Drizzled with mango and caramel syrup on side. I think that the 'Bingsu' side is the flavored and well-shaked ice at the bottom. But I'm not so sure what's with the 'Bingsu' thing. All I know is it's really a mouth-watering dessert. Perfect for Korean fans out there!
