Tips for destroying Mental Block:
Maybe the answer is that we all already know. The following is a summary of the answers, I speak again in my language, (illustrative examples from me so that they are easy to understand):
• What is our brain what our mouth says.
Mental blocking that still often appears in our brain, we can actually defeat if we often say positive words. Because our brain says our mouth. For example mental blocking: "ah I am easy to get sick", "ah I can't", etc. we can defeat by often saying the opposite sentence like: "I am healthy!", "I can!" and so on. As soon as our mouth says the word "can't" our brain immediately stops processing the actions that need to be done next. But if we say "I can" then the brain's creativity will start working. We also often unconsciously say negative words that ultimately hurt like "I'm tired", "I'm upset", etc. whereas these utterances will program our brains.
• Incantation.
This is more advanced than affirmation. Can use: I-V-V-M (Idealisation - Visualization - Verbalization - Materialization)
(1) Perform Idealisation, which is determining the ideal conditions that we want to achieve. Say being a businessman who has a children's clothing kiosk with a turnover of 50 million a month.
(2) Then visualize the ideal condition clearly, imagine what the kiosk is, where it is, what the items are, how the buyers are, etc.
(3) Verbalization. Say, or write and share with acquaintances, relationships or whoever our contacts are, about our idealization.
(4) Materialization. At the time we arrived we must be ready to take actions to realize the idealization. For example, suddenly someone offers a kiosk, yes take action to take a kiosk.
• Self-Hypnosis.
This is not the stage hypnosis ala Mas Romi Rafael. But simple steps to influence our subconscious mind. How:
(1) Write down or provide an overview of what we want to achieve, for example: having a children's clothes kiosk, target turnover, etc ..
(2) Every day before going to bed prepare a note and look at (contemplated) the picture.
(3) Listen to negative self talk that appears.
(4) Record all negative self talk that appears, for example: - no capital, - no location, - not able to trade, etc.
(5) Create a counter statement in the negative self talk note. For example: - have no capital (can borrow money-in-law), - do not have a location (just use the garage), - can not trade (recruit people who can trade), etc. Until it runs out.
Repeat this process every day until the blocking is eroded. For each person, it takes a different time to erode the mental block.
