I'm addicted to fentanyl😦

I've been on dope for almost 20 years. Most of the time was spent doing heroin or Some form of bupenoriphine. But over time living in Detroit all us dope fiends have been slowly introduced to fentanyl laced packs. At first we were dying off by the hundreds. fentanyl is 100x more powerful than morphine after all. Eventually we need the packs laced with fentanyl because nothine else will get you off bogue. Thats when you feel sick because your last fix was 6 to 24 hours ago. Any ways, regular heroin aint shit no more. Fuck Detroit
