Oder aber erlebend, indem wir die Schönheit der Natur, die Güte eines Menschen erleben oder einen Menschen liebend, ihn in seinem innersten Wesen erleben.
Und drittens, wo es notwendig ist. Wo die Ursache einer Leidenssituation sich auf keinen Fall mehr beseitigen lässt, kommt es darauf an, in welcher Haltung, mit welcher Einstellung wir dieses Leiden auf uns nehmen. Mit Tapferkeit und in Würde.
